INFORMATION SECURITY
We deliver Information security (infosec), including services to assess and identify methods to improve security of valued information or data. The planning for implementation of Information security as a project or external advice/assessment. Including protecting information through methods such as Access Management and permissions. Experts at delivering Information Security Implementation for Effective Communication Security (COMSEC).
Information can be managed and stored physically or virtually (cloud services). We provide Infosec Services to negate or defend against data theft (Ransomware attacks), Interceptions and inadvertent access to information through social engineering. We also provide advice on using dual factor authentications.

PHYSICAL SECURITY
Our physical security services cover the planning to secure and deter unauthorised intrusion into business or organisation’s sites or event locations through identifying the vulnerabilities whilst forming methods to prevent and mitigate physical security issues that may be through the following:
1. Provision of professional security teams (Guard, Surveillance)
2. Advice on implementing security Technology (Monitoring, Intrusion Detection & Scanning technology)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CORPORATE RISK
We provide independent review of projects / programmes and offer advice in identified corporate risks. Risk management needs to be applied to project management and is critical for success.
Defined by PMI as, "an uncertain event or condition that, if it occurs, has a positive or negative effect on a project’s objectives.
We are experienced with agile delivery of IT solutions, ICT migration and implementation, CIS acquisition and delivery, software and application development. We are also familiar with staged government and defence project management.

DISASTER MANAGEMENT
We cover planning and preparation in order to respond timely and effectively whilst forward planning for recovery whether the type of disaster is either natural or human-made.
Effective Management of the situation is through managing each of the four phases of the disaster management cycle: Preparation / Response / Recovery / Mitigation.
Our disaster management services include consulting on capacity building and developing resilience plans that aide responses and minimise impacts of a disaster. Many areas in these services overlap with Emergency Planning.
We also advise and / or engage in planning and execution of humanitarian responses in accordance with humanitarian core standards and we are able to deploy worldwide to assist the direction of efforts on humanitarian operations.

EMERGENCY PLANING & RESPONSE
We plan systematic responses to an unexpected or dangerous occurrences to mitigate impact of events on people and the environment. We facilitate the process of planning, preparing, responding, recovering and mitigating any incident and emergency, which has the probability to have a negative impact to protect your reputation, information, customers and people.
We develop plans collaboratively with management and those at operational level in consultation with experts. These plans then need to be effectively shared organisation-wide, including stakeholders that maybe effected by the identified emergencies. Assurance is given through rehearsals or simulations. The most effective emergency plans are continually revised and updated.
We have operational experience in counter-terrorism and our chief instructor is a Certified Master in anti-terrorism (CMAS) as well as holding Higher Education Certifcates in terrorism studies.

COVID MANAGEMENT
Covid services comprise of consulting on safe return to work and implementing best practice to prevent the spread of the virus while being COVID compliant. We advise on coronavirus security issues and offer effective management of the health risk whilst remaining operational through business continuity planning.
We specialise in training on managing biological threats (certified Biological Threat Trainer) and are available for business site evaluations and training.
